EMPSi has a wide range of streamlined contracting mechanisms
Government agencies can use our established national and regional Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), GSA Supply Schedule, and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. These all have pre-established terms and pre-negotiated prices, and provide quick access to EMPSi’s wide range of services. This allows for work orders to be placed with a minimum of paperwork for time and materials or fixed price contracts. We are equally flexible and efficient contracting with our private clients, making their projects a success from the contract to completion. All EMPSi products and deliverables comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and adhere to agency guidance, including Department of Interior and General Services Administration.
