The public continues to want to know about proposed projects, have opportunities to engage with agency staff, and be able to provide comments despite social distancing restrictions. EMPSi is delivering this opportunity by providing facilitated, on-demand video webinars and open houses, along with websites that accompany our virtual meetings. Participants can visit our virtual public meeting websites to learn more information about projects; view presentations, maps, and documents; and have an opportunity to ask questions and offer comments. This approach provides context for the public so that they can be well informed before participating in meetings.
