Prepared two programmatic EISs analyzing the impacts of fuel breaks, fuels reduction, and rangeland restoration in 225 million acres of the Great Basin
Facilitates approval of projects that improve safety and landscape resiliency while reducing wildfire risk
National Petroleum Reserve–Alaska Integrated Activity Plan and EIS, AK
Prepared an EIS for a revised Integrated Activity Plan on Alaska’s resource-abundant North Slope, along with modeling potential climate and other impacts
Developed alternative management approaches that promote energy development while protecting important natural resources and subsistence uses
Miles City Field Office and Buffalo Field Office Supplemental RMPA And EIS, MT/WY
Prepared two Supplemental EISs and RMPAs for BLM lands in under 10 months, including considering new coal screening and potential climate change impacts
Led and managed BLM teams to timely completion of planning documents to meet a court-ordered deadline
BLM/BIA Farmington Mancos-Gallup RMPA and EIS, NM
Analyzing impacts from expanded oil and gas development on Navajo communities and Chaco Culture National Historical Park in a 4.2-million-acre planning area
Conducting extensive and proactive collaboration to engage stakeholders and work with Tribes
Carson City District RMP AND EIS, NV/CA
Evaluated resource management across 5.3 million acres of public lands near Reno, Nevada, including preparing reports on socioeconomics, mineral potential, ACECs, and biological resources

Coastal Plain Oil and Gas Leasing Program EIS, AK
High-profile project analyzed the impacts of oil and gas leasing on the Coastal Plain of ANWR
Assessed over 1 million comments to develop final leasing stipulations and operating procedures
Assisted the BLM AK State Office in meeting streamlining requirements for this priority project
Geothermal programmatic EIS, Western US
Analyzed the impacts from geothermal leasing in 12 western states and led 60 public meetings including agencies, industry and more than 400 Tribes
Joint effort updated BLM RMPs and USFS LUPs
EPA considers this an excellent example of how to coordinate for successful outcomes
Lewistown RMP and EIS, MT
Developed comprehensive planning for 1.2 million acres of BLM mineral estate while meeting DOI streamlining requirements of SO 3355
Facilitated alternatives development workshops and prepared Wild and Scenic River inventory, Biological Assessment, public involvement and comment analysis, data management, and project record
OK/KS/TX JOINT EIS/BLM RMP AND BIA INTEGRATED RMP, OK/KS/TX
Planned management for nearly 270 million acres in 437 counties, including preparing a coal screening analysis and identifying recreational access for surface parcels in compliance with SO 3373
Leveraged GIS expertise to determine land ownership for thousands of parcels in three states
Restoration Design Energy Project EIS, AZ
Developed an EIS to identify lands across Arizona that may be suitable for development of renewable energy and to establish baseline environmental protections for such projects
Assessed transmission issues, including capacity and designated areas that were most appropriate for developing new transmission lines
Greater Sage-Grouse RMP AND EIS, CO/WY/MT/ND/UT/NV/CA
Streamlined amendments of over 200 land use plans through 8 EISs across 8 western states to address the 12-Month Finding for Petitions to List the Greater Sage-Grouse as Threatened or Endangered
Conducted unprecedented large analysis of impacts across 290 million acres of sage-grouse habitat
Grand Junction Field Office RMP/EIS, CO
Prepared management guidance for approximately 1.2 million acres of BLM-administered lands
Implemented travel management planning concurrent with RMP development
Organized and facilitated over 20 meetings with agencies, advisory councils, and the interested public
Lower Sonoran Desert National Monument Target Shooting RMP AND EIS, AZ
Developed an RMP amendment and associated EIS to address recreational target shooting within the Sonoran Desert National Monument
Prepared a socioeconomic report and biological assessment while also maintaining a streamlined schedule to meet a court-ordered deadline
Programmatic Analysis for Solar Development, NV
Prepared a Programmatic EA for one-third of BLM-managed lands in southern Nevada to guide solar applications
Analyzed potential impacts on unique resources such as desert tortoise, mesquite communities, archeological sites, and wild horses and burros
Central Yukon RMP and EIS, AK
Revising an RMP for the 13-million-acre Central Yukon planning area, including analyzing potential impacts on numerous noteworthy lands such as multiple ACECs, the Dalton Highway Utility Corridor, and the Central Arctic Management Wilderness Area
Facilitated public outreach in more than 20 villages with 15 Tribes and 3 Native corporations
Uncompahgre Field Office RMP and EIS, CO
Developed an RMP and EIS in collaboration with BLM interdisciplinary team and numerous stakeholders for a 3.1-million-acre planning area with nearly 1 million acres of federal mineral estate
Facilitated 10 cooperating agency meetings and 10 Resource Advisory Council subgroup meetings
Dominguez-Escalante National Conservation Area RMP and EIS, CO
Prepared environmental analysis for an NCA RMP that became the model for land use plan-level analysis in Colorado
